Overcoming Procrastination

In my devotional today, the writer offers four steps to overcome procrastination:

  1. Take Responsibility for Your Life.
  2. Examine Your Excuses.
  3. Focus on Completing a Task.
  4. Ask for Help.

The focus verse is Ephesians 5:17 "Find out whatever the Lord wants you to do" (The Living Bible). Perhaps this bugget of truth will help as we seek to accomplish the purposes that the Lord has planned for us.  Paul writes, "For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do" (Ephesians 2:10, NIV).  Blessings, Pastor Bob
