I have been reading through the book of Job in the Bible and this verse jumped off the page this morning:
"...[God] does great things beyond our understanding" (Job 37:5b, NIV).
May God be your source of wisdom, strength, and understanding as you seek to follow him. Many blessings, Pastor Bob

Praise God
Recently everyone at my place of employment had to be screened for tuberculosis.
I am allergic to the test medium so I had a chest x-ray, and was told by the physician at Patient First that I did not have tuberculosis; however I did have an enlarged heart.
I called my physician right away, and had an appointment for the following week. This week seamed like an eternity.
For the next week I and the few people I told prayed, and I was sure when I got to my doctor he would tell me the first Doctor was wrong. Imation my horror when my doctor confirmed I had an enlarged heart. My doctor though I may have Cardiomyopathy.
I was told to see a cardiologist right away and they may the appointment before I left the office.
My appointment was a week away, and I was beyond stressed and scared.
While I was waiting I told my husband, friends, Coe workers and Pastor Bob and I ask all of them for prayers. It just happens one of my coworkers husband is also a Baptist minister in Caroline Co. and I wanted all the prayers I could get.
I went into the cardiologist office prepared as I could be to hear the worst, as 2 doctors could not be wrong. PRAISE GOD! The cardiologist did test and told me that my heart was just fine; he found NOTHING wrong with it! PRAISE GOD!
Thank you Pastor Bob and all the others that prayed for me.
