Sermon Notes – October 5, 2008

1. Jesus DRAWS us to himself – “Nicodemus came to Jesus at night…” (3:2).

2. Jesus CHALLENGES our way of thinking – “I tell you the truth…” (3:3).

3. Jesus ACCEPTS us as we are – “You are Israel’s teacher…?” (3:10).

4. Jesus loves us to much to LEAVE us that way “For God so loved the world…” (3:16-18).
